Geraldine spearheads RFI’s Academy team and drives its capability-building initiatives as well as strategic growth. She has more than 20 years of experience in programme design, partnerships and business development. Prior to joining RFI, Geraldine led sustainability, healthcare and youth initiatives at Temasek Foundation. She also managed the LIFE programme that trains student care centre coaches in delivering values-based curricula to foster resilience in children. With expertise from a diversity of sectors from previous roles, such as at iMDA and Singtel, Geraldine now works closely with trainers, partners and client organizations to help strengthen capability and create meaningful, lasting impact.

Eleanor joined RFI to support RFI’s Academy team and further develop its capability-building work, as well as to manage and improve its corporate functions. She aims to help broaden the scope of RFI’s Academy, especially through new partnerships, in order to reach and empower changemakers to realise the impact they hope to make. Most recently part of Temasek Foundation's Community Networks & Partnerships team, she contributed to the development of partnerships with key stakeholders in the ground-up sector to strengthen support for community initiatives. She aims to leverage her experience in partnership development to continue to make meaningful contributions to the impact sector through RFI.
